Come and enjoy the REAL Italy in
our region of Marche. Still quiet,
friendly and mostly undiscovered
by tourists. The people are so
friendly and welcoming and we
have everything you need right in
our small picturesque village. Just
30 minutes drive to the Adriatic
Sea for summer fun and 30
minutes the other way to the
beautiful Sibillini Mountains for
hiking and snow skiing.

Our home is a Traditional Le
Marche stone construction over
350 yrs old with original chestnut
beams throughout, 3 floors totally
over 3900 meters with 6 bedrooms
with queen beds in each and 1
with furniture from the 1850`s. The
ground floor has a large sitting
and game room, dining room for
12, all the walls the original stone
construction it also has large
bathroom. There are 4 bathrooms
total 2 are ensuite.

Entire home is equipped with all
the modern conveniences but we
have preserved the authenticity.
We refurbished the entire home in
2013 and in 2017 added additional
earthquake stabilization. Currently
we use our home as a vacation
rental but could easily be a B & B
with the separate master living
quarters on the bottom floor.

There is also a 6 car garage below
the large sun deck facing the
swimming pool. Which if you
wanted could also be converted to
more living space.

The land consists on 1 hector with
many trees, fig, plum, walnut and
8 olive trees. There is room to add
some grape vines if you wanted.
